Hello, I'm a french fan of Ogcnice. Please read it. Sorry for my english.
I write in this area because that is very important for the world football. Some Ogcnice's fans have written a petition against actual arbitration. They wanted first to do it only for the french championship but finally I have translated in order to european and world teams fans sign it to move the things.
Please sign it and the moderators, can you put as an hot subject because that 's very important. If there are many people who sign it, that will be better.
For an evolution of the arbitration :
After many errors of arbitration happened these last times on all fields in France, an evolution of the arbitration seems to be imperative. This in order every actor of a game ( players, fans, coaches and referees ) could live their passion and their job in the best conditions as possible.
Lately, referees, for different reasons have taken decisions more than litigious, these decisions having sometimes big consequences as in the game Strasbourg-Monaco (14/08/2005, Day 3 of the French premier league ) and Nice-Sochaux (same day ) in which the referee has said the ball had been taken by the hand of an Ognice’s player and that was the knee with what this player touched the ball. He whistled a penalty an gave a red card to the player incriminated.
These examples are in the French premier league because we are french people but we are sure that in every championship there are errors of this type during which the video could have helped the referee to take the right decision.
The aim is not in order to protest against the referees themselves but to mobilise itself in order to this kind of errors does not reproduce anymore. Referees are the target of these errors but the fault is not only from them. It is urgent, for the shows on the fields, to take decisions in order to the arbitration is as well as possible. Why don’t’ we put in place the video to avoid this kind of errors ? Why do we conserve three referees and a fourth one who doesn’t act a lot ? We could add one in the penalty area. That is for this reason that we have to react, because we are us, the fans, who can make the things to move because an evolution will not come from the European and world authorities. All the fans of football teams of all the world and football lovers can act together in order to move the things.
In this optic, we organize a petition in the aim to ask to the UEFA and the FIFA to put in place the video for all championships games of the whole world. The financial problem should not be a problem because there is a lot of money in every authorities which can serve for that.
